Australia has a recognition agreement under the APEC Architect Agreement with Singapore.

Australian architects who wish to apply for registration in Singapore must first apply to become an Australian APEC Architect with the AACA, before submitting an application to the Board of Architects Singapore.

Singaporean architects who wish to apply for registration in Australia must include an APEC Architect Certificate from Board of Architects Singapore. A supplementary assessment will be required before candidates can be registered in Australia.
